What we collect

When you ask us for a quote: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, your answers to our questions, and any messages you send us.

Why we use it

To arrange your free quote and home visit, and to keep you updated about it. We do this because you asked us to.

To measure which of our adverts lead to enquiries, appointments and sales, so we can run better adverts. We do this in our legitimate interest in knowing which adverts work. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

GlasGrowth Ltd, who run our adverts and our enquiry system for us. They only use your details on our instructions.

Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), to measure how our adverts perform. We tell Meta when an enquiry becomes an appointment, a visit, a quote or a sale. Your email address, phone number, name and postcode are scrambled (hashed) before they are sent, so Meta can only match them to an account it already holds.

HighLevel, the system that stores our enquiries and sends our messages.

We never sell your details.

How long we keep it

Up to 2 years after we were last in touch, unless you become a customer, when we keep what the law requires for guarantees and accounts.

Your rights

You can ask to see your details, correct them, delete them, or stop us using them to measure our adverts. Email info@alandobbieglazing.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
